(UK) Goodrich Aerospace, a global leader in the design and manufacturing of complex aerospace products has selected IntraStage to be a provider of their Return and Repair Test Data Management software solution.

As the cost and complexity of electronic devices is increasing in aerospace products from landing gears to control systems, there is a driving need to ensure these products have long operational life spans. In some cases, these products are returned from the field for repair, tuning or refurbishment and it is up to the manufacturer to ensure that the product is accurately diagnosed and repaired. “There is a whole process flow around returns, diagnostic and repair that is needed to provide rapid and accurate deployment back to the field”, says Harsh Wanigaratne, VP Sales & Marketing at IntraStage. “IntraStage can provide both a method to input and aggregate repair data so that our users can instantly pinpoint failures, understand where the most failures are happening and also recommend which repairs are most common. The end goal here is to improve the productivity of the team to more rapidly root-cause issues.”
